  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and may offer a backorder, substitution, or full refund.

  • Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties (unless otherwise stated).
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or change prices at any time before payment is processed.
  • Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we charge your payment method and ship the Products.

  • You may cancel standard (non‑custom) orders within 24 hours of placement by emailing help@stitchandcanvas.online. After that window, orders enter the production queue.
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Stitch & Canvas and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may view and print pages for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use requires our express written permission.
