Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Because our products are handmade and unique, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Info@dreamymacrame.site.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item and send the replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
